What we collect when you ask us for a survey or a quote, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated: September 2026.

We only collect what we need to respond to you and to design a system for your property. That is:

The savings calculator itself runs entirely in your browser. Moving the sliders sends nothing to us. Nothing leaves your device unless you submit a form.
We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to, and if you ever do opt in you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
We do use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions only — for example our website host and the service that delivers enquiry forms to our inbox. They may not use your information for anything else.
Beyond that, we will only pass your details on where we genuinely have to: to a manufacturer when making a warranty claim for your equipment, to your electricity network operator where notification is required for a grid connection, to a certification body auditing our work, or where the law requires it.
Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted after 24 months.
Where you become a customer we keep installation records for longer, because we have to: MCS certification, product warranties and your right to make a claim all outlast the job itself. We keep those records for the life of the warranty on the system we installed, plus a reasonable period afterwards.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you across other websites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address when the page loads. Nothing else about your visit is recorded unless you choose to submit a form.
If that changes — for example if we add analytics — we will update this notice and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
If you contact us through WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, your message is carried by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. We treat the content of your message the same way we treat anything else you send us, as described above.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. You do not have to come to us first.
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where the change is significant we will tell affected customers directly.
